    EXCELLENT HIFI SHOP! As I was in the market for some new loudspeakers, I reached out to Martyn at Nottingham HiFi as I was initially interested in a few different brands they stocked. Martyn was very helpful, and explained the pros and cons of some of the speakers on my list. Nothing felt like too much trouble and could have quite happily chatted away for ages regarding HiFi. I was encouraged to visit the store for a demonstration, and it was recommended I prepare some tracks to bring along, and I was given a choice of formats to listen to. This also meant I was listening using the closest possible match to my own system. This was a nice touch and made me confident I was hearing the speakers and not exotic source components. Upon visiting the store, I had a warm welcome, and a discussion before beginning the demo. Once the source components were explained to me, I was left to it to listen to my hearts content, without the pressure of a salesperson telling me how good they were. We compared to other speakers, and then a post-demo discussion. Martyn was pivotal in assisting me to make the right choice for me and my set-up, rather than simply making another sale. In conclusion, I left the store with the right speakers for me, and a feeling of happiness with how well I had been treated in store. I can't thanks Martyn and all at Nottingham HiFi enough, and I will be there again soon for another purchase! excellent! Andrew
