Absolutely appalling service and would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with Sytner Audi Nottingham. Took several weeks to get my car looked at; after informing me my car would be collected from my home, Audi then refused to collect it telling me it was my problem and to go through my insurance; they were unable to provide me with a courtesy car for the weeks my car was with Audi; overall communication with staff was poor and unacceptable, having to chase emails to try and get answers as to when my car was being seen too. The main way to describe how I was looked after and the service I recieved was as if Audi had zero care for their customers. Our family has purchased 4 cars previously with this branch and we were looking at upgrading and getting 2 new cars. I can safely say this will not be happening and I will not return as a customer for Audi Nottingham.
