Called these guys on a Friday morning - spoke to someone straight away. Bob arrived before 11am and fixed the door quickly and replaced all broken parts. Advised on a couple of things I had questions about. Absolutely worth every penny. Would highly recommend these guys anyone.

We were visited by an employee called Bob to repair our integrated dishwasher. Despite being an electrical issue, Bob attempted to take the wooden panel off, informing me that he was unable to get to the circuit board and then progressed to sell me a replacement dishwasher. He then sat on the floor for five minutes (i can only assume procrastinating). I do not feel my dishwasher was assessed to a satisfactory standard and I was consequently charged £25 for the courtesy. No attempts to get colleague advice on how to remove the panel was made, or a return visit agreed to retry. Therefore Bob's assessment of a faulty dishwasher ended as being instinctive not an investigation to find a solution to the problem. Service: Dishwasher repair
