Receptionists are all really helpful and kind, wait times haven’t been bad and problems are assessed with the right amount of urgency you should receive from a GP surgery

Dr Garner is lovely, but it is very difficult to see her. I'll start by saying the reception 'team' are mostly extremely rude, unhelpful and defensive. Horrible people to speak to when you need help, Drs should employ empathic, caring staff and that includes receptionists who are front of house, who don't even listen when you call up. Quite disgraceful. The drs I saw other than Dr Garner were very unhelpful and unsupportive, either referring you to someone else, or without even investigating or trying would suggest "that isn't available on NHS" God forbid you needed your GP to fight your corner to get funding, you would have no luck or support. My son doesn't often need to see a GP so he is still registered, but the one time he did need treatment for painful feet, they were unhelpful and our referral took over one year, when I called to query it the woman who answered the phone cut in when I was speaking, was defensive and didn't listen. I'm pulling my son out of here too. The negative reviews are right, and there for a reason.

The receptionists have always been welcoming and ready to help and all the doctors and nurses are warm, patient and ready to listen to my concerns. They have looked after me over a number of years, sometimes in very critical situations. I am so happy to belong to this practice and can recommend it unreservedly.
