if i could give 0 stars i would. worst construction and housing association out there. i should have done my research before buying a property from these people, poor quality building with so many issues and faults. now the staff, never have i dealt with more lazy people especially the defects, new build and PMO team, they do NOT want to help or fix anything. for buyers out there, avoid them at all costs.

I’d give 0 star if it’s an option, unprofessional staffs ignoring emails and phone calls. Promised something and disappeared. Avoid if you may

Totally incompetent as a freeholder with shocking housing officers to support you. They subcontract to companies that rip them off and are unable to complete works, recommend avoiding if purchasing a leasehold with them.

Broken lift for 50 days and counting. Avoid anything to do with this mess of a company.

As countless others have already said, a complete joke of a company. Nothing gets done, staff seem to have zero accountability. I bought a flat with NHG owning the freehold, they charge £150 service charge a month but do not do any repairs or upkeep to the property. They also refuse to give me a breakdown of where the service charge is spent (which is illegal). My housing officer just completely ignores me, and complaints I raise get passed to the housing officer, who ignores them. I strongly advice anyone from buying a leasehold from them. I’m sure I’ll get a response saying how sorry they are and to contact them, but I’ve been trying to contact you for 7 months! You contact me. You have my details.

I live in a flat in Gallions Reach - we have been having mice infestation in the balcony for months and they promised they would bring pest control - it never happened. I raised complaints online and they marked them as 'resolved' but never got in touch or did anything to resolve the issue. Also, there is a severe H&S issue with a neighbours dog's wee and fouling dripping on the residents' heads and bodies as they use the only available gate to access the building - NHG never came back to us residents to even acknowledge the issue. The worst agency I ever had.

Accept an offer then change it last minute, meaning 6m in a hotel at my cost, agree to fix things before sale and then take 3 years to fix some, then deny agreeing & say it’s your problem. AVOID this shambles of a company as I wish I read reviews before, as I’ve not met a single resident who is happy.

This has to be the worst company ever if you're looking to buy a new build from this company trust me when I say do not even bother from day one I've had nothing but issues anytime you call or email them they will pass you around from post to pillar my bathroom was completely flooded because of the bad workmanship they do a few months ago I emailed plumbers report verifying it was down to to their bad workmanship across to them and still heard nothing back I had to redo my entire bathroom just to wake up this morning to find my entire bathroom completely flooded due to the flat upstairs most likely due to the bad workmanship they done on his flat I've had to change the entire lighting in my premises cause when one light bulb went out I found out out that it is old stock and they do not make these lights no more I have everything I need so I will be taking them to court

Renting a property from this outfit no heating or hot water from day 1 been 2 months now costing about £8 a night to keep the flat even slightly warm. Everyone just passes the blame to another person. Boiler now leaking all o we the side in the kitchen, maybe once it blows up they will care.
