Best opticians experience ever, can’t recommend enough! Roshni was sweet, friendly and thorough throughout the whole consultation. She walked me through the process step by step as it was happening, always making sure that I was comfortable along the way. I’ve visited many opticians in my lifetime, and there were steps in this consultation that I’d never come across before - she pulled out all the stops and was incredibly detailed with her analysis! Its not often that I leave a review, but Roshni is deserving of 5*+, I can’t recommend her enough!

On a recent visit to London the frame to one of my lenses became loose, making it fall out :( This kind optician saved my glasses from the rubbish bin. Amazingly she spent over an hour finding a tiny screw that would actually hold the lens back in place - and refused any compensation (I tried hard, believe me !) Fantastic optician store with very kind staff. One of the screws for my nosepads gone missing and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and helped me change it for free and also made sure all the other screws were tightened! Wayyy better service that specsavers. Defo recommend this to anyone if they are in the area.
