Avicenna Clinic
Had a perfect outcome today with Dr Amir; he listened to my concern regarding some pain I had and he carefully diagnosed it and explained everything thoroughly. He took his time and completed the needed steps to treat my gums / teeth.Very happy with the outcome and he gave me great after care instructions. Highly recommend. Everyone is super friendly and attentive also :)

I have been with this Dentist Clinic since 2020. I was seen and treated by Dr. Aliaa Mustafa who has been very informative, helpful, thorough and professional. I do hope she knows how much money the receptionists have lost her for treatments she was going to give me for a crown, Invisalign braces and composite bonding. On the 16th of December 2021 there was an incident where the clumsy annoying and disrespectful man child at the reception desk became argumentative, combative and attempted to block my way as I was entering the dentists office. I use crutches to move around and I'm fairly certain that if I had not moved away from him on time, he would have tripped me deliberately. He is extremely abrasive, abusive and vindictive. Of course at the time, I gave him a piece of my mind before I left and advised him to learn to be more attentive, respectful, pleasant and professional. There is also a rather slow and dimwitted woman with very poor phone etiquette now. I have tried to book an appointment all throughout 2022 and they have both actively refused to schedule my appointments with Dr. Aliaa saying she only worked one day a week or that she was fully booked for the foreseeable future and refused to let me know when she would be available next. When I asked for an appointment with any other dentist at the clinic they put me on hold mid conversation for 6 minutes. When I called back they were obviously screening my calls and hung up on me repeatedly. While it saddens me to say goodbye to Dr. Aliaa, thankfully, there are countless dental clinics around and I have booked my appointments where the people are more respectful, civilized, hospitable and professional. I can also get an appointment at any time I please and I can be sure that my money will be well spent. Best of all, I won't have to deal with the mindless, idiotic receptionists at Notting Hill Dental Surgery ever again. Edit: I never cancelled any of my appointments with your clinic and as a matter of fact I rescheduled my last appointment three times on the same day it was made due to other overlapping medical appointments. I could never have caused any disruption to your clinic or to any of your other patients. Not holding your staff accountable was bad enough however blaming patients and making up lies about them is absolutely disgusting. Shame on you. Do better!

No one likes going to the dentist but I dragged myself here last week after 4 years. Fine but two fillings, my first with drills and things. No injections needed just lulled calm by the singing of the dentist who was a craftsman especially when carving the grooves into the fillings to mimic my bite. Much appreciate the workmanship

Me and my husband visiting Dr Ghateh since 1999 (23 years). We can't even imagine to visit another dentist. Highly professional, always polite and keep attention to detail. Had a crown done many years ago, it is still in perfect condition. The dental fillings he has done over the years are always good. My husband is a heavy smoker and his teeth need even more attention. Dr Ghateh does everything to save the affected tooth before consudering to take it out. Dentist nurse is very professional too. Lady at the reception is polite and very helpful. Visited the hygienist Dr.. Saghar Khosravi and very happy with the result. After only one session my gums look healthier. Saghar guided me through the process and explained what needs to be done and why. Gave detailed instructions for gum care from one session to another. I am very glad that she is looking after me, a highly professional doctor. Highly recommend this dentist clinic if you want to have a healthy, good looking teeth and gums.
