Really bad experience with this "hotel". This is not even a hotel and I have no idea how these installations are allowed to operate under 4 stars hotels. Dirty and cold rooms, old mattress, broken shower. Remote controls without batteries. There is no receptionist, a bar, or restaurant in the location. The emergency phone number is not working or even nobody answers. You can only contact them via chat.

Auch bei uns waren die Vorhänge oben angenäht, konnten also nicht geöffnet werden, was aber nicht so tragisch war, da wir die meiste Zeit nicht im Hotel waren, sondern nur zum schlafen. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Die Rezensionen haben mich Schlimmeres erwarten lassen 😉 An der Rezeption habe ich tatsächlich nie jemanden gesehen, wurde aber jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts benötigt. Nice beds and located near the subway. Everything else terrible. Dirty rooms, with old socks and toe nails under the bed. No staff, at any time.
