Linden Gardens was a lovely neighbour to live in during the 2 1/2 years that I needed various accommodation for short term and longer term. Highly recommend.

We stayed in LG 25 unit 12 for 1 month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was cosy, but well equipped. Ideal for single folks or couples. Dealing with Luam was very pleasant. She was very accommodating. A great value alternative to a hotel stay, in an unbeatable location.

This was our first time to Notting Hill and we, my wife and I, fell in love with the neighborhood! The flat was in the most perfect location, walkable to so many places we wanted to see and the tube to get anywhere. The flat itself was GORGEOUS! The exposed brick wall, the absolutely dreamy bed and pillows, and the espresso maker with provided espresso was such a nice touch. I sincerely recommend Notting Hill Apartments to everyone who’s looking for a short term stay and doesn’t want to lack of anything. Working with especially Luam Haileselasie has been an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to find such a kind human these days who really cares about finding a solution. It was my second time staying with them - first time for a business trip and second time when we were on property hunt for a long term apartment. I can’t count for how many times we extended our stay with them. We even moved within their apartments when we last minute couldn’t extend at ours any longer as it had unfortunately been booked already. However, they put all their efforts into finding a solution for us - even though it was on a weekend and during out of office hours. When we then finally found our new home, but had just extended for another month with them, Luam even helped us to find a new tenant for our apartment so we could be released from the contract earlier. Communication was super fluid and when there was any issue, the maintenance gentleman was sent within a short time to fix it. Once again, I couldn’t recommend Notting Hill Apartments more.

WARNING do NOT rent from... Notting Hill apartments ltd Hampstead apartments ltd Blackstone property management ltd All the same company There is nothing luxury, or luxurious about getting cancer or heart failure. Rats and mice are running around in my apartment. This is a dangerous place to stay. Rooms get extremely hot in spring and summer months. No way of cooling room. Window does not help. The many fans I purchased do not do anything to relieve the intensity of the heat, humidity, and tight air. Too hard to breathe. Way too many smokers. Lots of weed, cigarette, and cigar smoke permeates the air. Neighbours and their associates in room close by send smoke constantly into my room daily, twenty four hours, making it impossible to breathe also. All cooking smells enter room multiple times daily. The noxious fumes of cooking, smoking and humid air makes the tiny box studio/room unbearable. As a non smoker, I do not wish to smell smoke in my personal room at all. Today they finally set smoke alarm off in my room. It had been flashing daily with all the smoke I had been receiving. Smoke smells in my room are so potent, it is as if there are many smokers in my actual apartment. There are mice and rats in apartment. Internet is deadly slow night and day. Not luxury apartments, as no air conditioning, nor even fan. No dish washer or power shower, or even a microwave. No remote for TV, so have not been able to use. They knew this as I had mentioned early on in my stay but nothing was done. Furniture is chipboard. Bad old and broken. Fixed sofa so cannot move about and have to sit in one area. It is extremely low and uncomfortable. Broken damaged and fit for the skip. Fridge/freezer so old and faulty. Washing machine not digital and so dated. Unusable TV. Room has not been painted in many, many years. Mainly young people with lots of DSS tenants. Rooms are not soundproofed so people always complain about sound. No security in room. Door would not lock when I moved in. At first I did not realise and that simply pushing the door without the key opened it. It was only when I started testing the handle that I realized the door was not locking. No internal lock for door so someone can enter when showering or sleeping. Keys are easy enough to copy with a machine so a lock internally for door is needed. No camera for intercom. No spy hole for door. Intercom often not on, or not working so have to go to door to collect goods. Staff enter rooms whenever they want. No notice at all, and happened often, anytime I had been out. It often disturbed my dog and scared her. This is illegal. Abused verbally on my doorstep by black woman neighbour, who repeatedly swore at me. It was caught on CCTV. I reported it to management. Nothing was done. I reported to police. They said management of agency should deal with this. Management do not deal with anything, except taking in money. No windows ever cleaned and are really dirty. Staff are predominantly East European, and are way too hostile. I have been spoken to badly, and also rudely ignored. Tenancy deposit was not put into a scheme until I asked to see document. It was then put in shortly after me requesting evidence of scheme usage. I had been here a very long time by then. Well over one month. The adverts all say low deposit. This is a lie. I was charged too much for deposit. The woman upon sign up, wanted a very high deposit. I was asked for six weeks deposit. I said the maximum they could get was five weeks. I got charged five weeks deposit. Just before I moved in I was required to pay four weeks deposit which was on a new invoice. I had already paid five weeks? I have two different amounts of what I should pay. The extra week was not refunded. Be careful once you sign an agreement. If the place proves unliveable for any reason, they will no let you out of contract. I am ill from all the smoke and excessive heat in my apartment but they do not care, nor respond into any correspondence. I am trapped and getting more sick. Really not good value.
