Well,I can't say I loved it but the care and treatment couldn't have been better.I had two bridges done at the same time. This was not something I was looking forward to but everyone there was so lovely - the receptionists, the dental assistants and of course, Meta. They are all so friendly and kind and Meta has a great sense of humour, patience and kindness. He explained everything he was going to do and was so calm and caring. This all made my treatment a good experience which I am so grateful for and I feel very lucky. I am really pleased with the bridges- they look fantastic and very natural and feel like they've always been there.

The receptionists are all unfailingly pleasant to deal with and appointments are generally on time or within 10 minutes. Mete always makes you feel at ease and is both professional and caring. Having been a patient here for 46 years must say something!

Emergency appointment I needed an emergency appointment when an abscess went pear shaped. An ache became a major swollen right side of my face in an afternoon / evening I was able to leave a message first thing and then when I rang back at8 am, an appointment had already being found for later that morning A swift assessment saw antibiotics prescribed and handed over. Careful explanation of what to do as well as a very professional approach typified the service I normally receive at Notley, thanks
