Avoid this store. Products are expired or damaged. My face products were separated and mascara wand was bend in half. Products are not safe to use. Company’s return policy is not consumer friendly for for saving of few pounds it’s not worth the hassle.

Legitimately surprised at all the bad reviews. In this day and age you never know what reviews are real or what are fake. Ordered for the first time last week (United Kingdom) and got my order today with no issues. Ordered 2 bottles of Al Haramain one that was on sale for a 5er! Great value. 👍🏻

NOTINO stocks French fragrances that I love and after placing a successful first order, I did place a second order but the parcel did not arrive so I contacted the customer service. Valerie kept in touch while she was investigating the incident after 7 days a refund was given. Thanks to Valerie excellent customer service, I will keep on ordering my favourite fragrances.
