This company was contracted by my housing association to line the floor in our wet floor shower room, which was built for my grandfather who has dementia. Since using them, there have been 3 leaks into the property below over the span of 2 years caused by a failure to properly seal the floor. Do not use this company unless you want multiple leaks, days without using the shower, or snippy operators who cut you off when you complain. We have now been allocated a different company to relay the floor, and the guy immediately knew that the job had not been done properly. So now I'm considering legal action. If nothing else, it will make them think about cutting corners with other people in the future. Service: Install flooring

Mark and Natalie were great at advising the right product for us, keeping us updated with the arrival of the order and then squeezing us in last minute before our sofas arrived. Also Jack who fitted our floor was fantastic, took real care and attention in his work and left the room spotless when he was finished.
