Amazing! I'm so happy with the holiday Pam found for us - and so quickly! We spoke in the afternoon where I explained I'd left it all to the last minute but wondered if there was anything left out there, and later that night, just as I was dozing off, there was an email with a beautiful villa in Menorca with a pool! Pam booked it for me the next day and that was that. A brilliant service - 5 stars all the way!

We recently used Pam for our weddingmoon trip in Ocho Rios in Jamaica. We stayed at the Sandals Ochi beach resort and we had an amazing time! We originally approached Pam around a year ago asking if she could pick out a luxury beach resort in either the Caribbean, Indian Ocean or Southern Europe. Pam went away and researched very carefully to find the best fit in our budget. All considerations were undertaken such as the best times of the year for the different regions, what wedding offerings were included in packages and which airlines/airports would be the best. Pricing wise, I feel that we got a great deal/bargain as Sandals resorts are usually quite expensive being all-inclusive & luxurious. When looking at pricing directly on the Sandal’s website now we’ve returned and on other companies’ ads, the prices are way higher than what we paid. The process from start to finish was seamless and Pam was always available, either morning or evening if we had any questions about our booking. I would not hesitate to recommend this service - thanks a million Pam!

Pam was absolutely fantastic helping me book a last minute long weekend in Barcelona after giving an, admittedly vague, brief of my requirements. The hotel Pam recommended was in a perfect location and the flights she was able to book meant that I could make the most of my short time out there. Not only that Pam was on hand to answer all my queries about covid related travel documents which helped so much, particularly after a last minute glitch with the Spanish Locator Form and a panicked call from me! She found us a great hotel, at a great price, and included all that we required such as transfers etc. The holiday was great. Pam kept in touch both beforehand, to make sure we were all ready, and also checked in with us on our return to ensure all was well. Truly personal service, at a surprisingly good price. Thank you.

Excellent service and friendly advice, always on hand to answer questions and queries! There is never any pressure just support as holidays can be difficult to manage and organise! Pam helped us book a fantastic trip to Iceland and sent us all the information based on the type of excursions we wanted and when one was cancelled due to the weather Pam was on hand to arrange the refund and process it very quickly. Highly recommended and will be using again!
