Iv ordered for years from this shop having lived along the road for 15 years and I must say since Ali and karn has left it’s gone seriously down hill I walked in tonight I was in shock I nearly turned away there was food all over the floor there where deliveries just stacked up on the counter it was disgusting I won’t be ordering food from there again we didn’t eat our food we threw it away I didn’t want to risk feeding my kids that food

I ordered a chicken tikka pizza with no onions, and also a kebab calzone with kebab meat only. I received the delivery with onions (my son has a serious onion allergy) on the pizza and loads of different meats in the calzone. When I rang up to challenge this I was told I selected the wrong calzone ( however I put a note on the instructions to the restaurant) this however does not justify the error with the pizza. Delivery took 1 hour 15 minutes 30 minutes over estimated time. Absolutely appalling avoid at all costs.

Ordered 3 pizzas. Requested NO SWEETCORN on the vegetarian. Waited 1 hour & 30 minutes to be given the wrong pizza. One hour into the waiting time, called back to be told they didn't have any drivers, told us that it was on it's way but waited another 30 minutes. Within 10 minutes of call back regarding wrong pizza, came back with vegetarian WITH sweetcorn on it. Garlic bread just tasted of bread with no taste of garlic. Hasn't been the same since Ali left. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!
