    I would not recommend this GP surgery. The surgery refused a repeat prescription (One item of medication taken at a low dose) because I did not have time to arrange a medication review (I work full time, and I am also a carer for a relative) with a pharmacist. A medication review by a pharmacist is pointless because if something needs to be changed the pharmacist will then send you to the GP. If a medication did not suit, I assume the person taking the medication would contact the GP directly in the first place. If the medication was for a self-inflicted condition my guess is it would not be refused but once again, stigmatised because it relates to mental health.

    Very impressed with the service throughout. Today the weather was so bad amber warning snow closed roads, no buses, that didn't stop the nurse (Lovely caring Gary) coming out to see my mum. He said would have walked if he had too, bless him. Also going out of his way to take samples to hospital himself direct ,because weather would prevent collect service. Really grateful for the care, attention of the doctors nurses, and reception staff of both my elderly parents. Not only today, but generally. Thank you Norwood medical centre , you are appreciated

    The general practitioners here are amazing. But the reception staff on the other hand are so unprofessional and really give advice they shouldn't be giving. No wonder it takes 30+minutes to get through to make an appointment they don't listen to the issues your calling about instead they think they become G.P's and try telling you what to do. First time was told go to the pharmacy only to be told to go the G.P by them. Then they try telling you how to be a parent I really don't know what's going on with them.
