Kerry is fantastic. Have been going to her classes in Rackheath and Frettenham for about 6 months now, and my movement is so much better. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica. I am now no longer on pain after I garden or go on long walks. She really has made a difference. Different to yoga you might experience at a gym, but knows her stuff and definitely recommend.

Now then, you don't expect your golf handicap to fall as you wade through your sixties. But after joining Norwich yoga , mine did ! And still is. It won't happen overnight you must stick at it . But it is worthwhile !!!

Kerry is a miracle worker, I have had lower back pain for years and nothing ever eased it, that is until I started Yoga with Kerry. From the first session I felt an improvement and five years later I haven’t looked back. Kerry is an inspiring teacher who not only teaches yoga, she also listens to your needs and works with you to achieve goals.

My experience with Kerry was first class. I suffered from a painful lower back and once I attended the lower back class found that it was a lot better over a good few sessions and pretty much not had any problems since. Great work Kerry! Would highly recommend attending certainly knows her stuff.

I highly recommend Norwich Yoga. I have attended Kerry's classes for nearly 3 years now and in this time the lower back pain and stiffness I suffer from has massively improved, along with my overall body strength and flexibility. Kerry takes time to explain how to move properly and what benefits the posture will bring. The classes change each week so are never boring or repetitive, and Kerry is happy to incorporate moves that help with your specific problems. Classes have a wide variety of ages, genders and abilities. Don't be afraid to give it a go!!
