Been with practice about 20 years. Took 3 weeks to get a non urgent appointment. Person ahead of me at reception on the appointment day (also not urgent) was given a same day appointment...... Repeat prescription system completely changed since last month, we were expected to know this by osmosis or telepathy. Very young receptionist gave us a white list of medication, and seemed oblivious to previous arrangements,. Finally someone else told us to tick list, take to pharmacy who would request dispensing list from doctor. We had previously been given a dispensing list at pharmacy without page 1 of the meds and annotated as not to be used as a prescription. Surgery obviously needs to offer training to both staff and patients! ..... Young doctor also had to Google previous diagnosis of lumbago as never heard of it, diagnosed rheumatism, ( all conditions come under backache or arthritis on NHS website). CONFUSED of Norwich!

Some people can be so negative. This practice is the best Ive ever had. Gerri the Pharmacist is excellent - the best. Receptionists are lovely and helpful and Doctors are great especially Dr Popa who is a star at the top of her game. People need to accentuate the positive and be a little more grateful. Nothing and no one will be perfect and glitches are bound to happen but this practice is the best whilst being under huge pressures.

I was trying to get in contact with the health centre and I pressed 1 as I am a registered patient and it sent me to the walk in centre this is stupid special when you have to wait for a long time for the lazy receptionist to answer. From Michael Chamberlain

If you are not ill when you enter you surely will be when you leave. Told to wait outside in the cold and rain for 3/4 hour, finally got in, then another wait with screaming children and people coughing and spluttering. Just needed a blood test.

Useless, not taking care of their patients and zero communication. I've been registered with St. Stephens/Norwich Practices for 8 years and I asked now the first time for an appointment for a general health check and they cannot even bother to book an appointment or call you back. AVOID!!

These guys are brilliant. Short staffed, coping with the pandemic etc and still providing a service. I couldn't ask for anything more from them.
