I applied some time ago for housing. I have been treated with courtesy and respect, and have been kept informed during the waiting process. I have now been offered some lovely accommodation. I am so impressed with the quality of the accommodation, which is of a high standard , particularly for social housing. I am looking forward to living in this lovely scheme, and spending many happy years there.

From first putting my application in to living in my new flat I can't express my satisfaction enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The grounds are kept lovely and it's just a safe and happy environment to live in. It's quiet but always people about and I love it. I have the added bonus of a Drs surgery and pharmacy at the end of my road and it's walking distance to the local Tesco and bus stop. I can strongly recommend Norwich Housing.
