Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated this morning. I was told I need to see a dentist within 24 hours by 111 due to a crack in my front tooth which has been very sensitive and painful. Eventually got through for an appointment after 500 odd phone calls and was seen this morning just to be completely patronised and told ‘do you even know what an emergency is? This is not an emergency’. I just followed advice by 111 and my tooth has been in agony for over a month! The dentist was so incredibly rude to me. I am autistic and struggle so much with anxiety and this left me in tears not wanting to seek help for medical issues again.

Been calling for the past 3 weeks can never get through ended up in a&e with excruciating pain was given there number again still can’t get through hospital said my infection is so bad that it could end up sepsis the tooth needs taking out on morphine the pain is that bad still can’t get an answer or an appointment

My son had toothache last week. Called Thursday morning was offered an appointment the next day The dentist and nurse were absolutely amazing. My son was quite anxious as needed some work or an extraction. The dentist explained everything to him and even showed him what things were and explained how they would feel. We have just returned from him having a rather large tooth removed. Again the dentist her name I think is Netto and nurse could not have done anything more they were fantastic made him feel at ease and again explained everything. We both want to thank them so much for making this experience as easy and stress free as possible. It's just a shame we can't see them all of the time. Amazing team Thank you

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Truly shocking. First of all, getting through was almost impossible. Me and my partner kept redialling the number for over an hour with no success. A total of around 450 miss calls must have been dialled. The appointment was for my partner who has dealt with jaw and tooth pain their whole life. On this occasion, the pain in their jaw was being caused by one of their teeth growing through in the wrong place, and pushing on all of their other teeth. During the appointment, the dentist looked at their teeth and said she saw no reason to ‘remove the tooth if it is healthy’ and that she ‘didn’t understand why they were in so much pain’. The tooth isn’t meant to be there, that’s why she’s in pain. We told you that even before you did an x ray. That’s like me going to the doctors because I’ve grown a third arm and them not removing it because it’s ‘perfectly healthy’. In and out in less then ten minutes. Waste of money. Waste of time. No solution was offered. Extremely rude and patronising staff.

Getting through on the phone was not easy. Had to continuously call for more then an hour. For an emergency service this is not acceptable. We were given an appointment on the same day, the nurse & dentist were friendly & helpful.

My daughter has chipped and broken her tooth,whilst we were away.... It had become so painful for her that no painkillers were even helping anymore!!! I phone the siskin center a couple of times and managed to get an appointment on the same day.....the staff were amazing,so caring and supportive of my daughter...who was super nervous they talked to her about the whole process, and made her feel comfortable... Would highly recommend the siskin,in an emergency.. Thank you once again.

You call at 830am, with a message saying there very busy, high volume of calls, after 10 rings the call ends, and you have to go back and ring again, its absolutely unacceptable and believable that in this modern day, finally after keeping ringing, someone cancelled and I got the appointment, lovley lady answered very helpful, they need more funding
