Without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful and best service I’ve experienced across the many times I’ve been here. The two staffs Mark and Charlie work tirelessly by themselves to get as many bikes done in a day as they can, with more bikes coming in to be fixed for the next day. Even though they don’t advertise it (apologies to Mark if you’re reading this as I know how much you despise E-scooters and you don’t want more people to know😂) but it has to be mentioned. I had an absolute nightmare experience with my electric scooter getting broken every 2 weeks and they gladly took it in and patched up the problem for me. They don’t do the electrical components, but anything related to the exterior, they’ve got you covered. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve been there and they’ve left me more than satisfied with the job they’ve done. You won’t find this sort of dedication in other bike shops where they try their very hardest to get a job done even if it’s not worth the time, effort and your money. I’ve had an experience where it took Mark a whole hour just to get a single screw out of the brakes, and he offered me a chance to see the work take place in his shed where he also taught me a couple tips and tricks as well despite his busy schedule. The job seemed impossible but he was reluctant on getting it done, in which he finally did. He only charged me £10 for it! Nonetheless, I fully recommend this place as the chaps there are extremely helpful and polite, hardworking and dedicated to their customers. And to Charlie and Mark, keep up the excellent work, your most loyal and frequently visited customer, Zee.
