I had my eyes thoroughly exaned by Karen & then met Matt to dispense my new glasses. 2 pairs as my previous varifocals weren't coping with reading. Excellent choice of frames at good prices. I collected my glasses yesterday & I'm thrilled with them. All the problems have been sorted & they look great. If you need help to see better I suggest you give them a try.

I can with complete honesty say that my recent experience of Norville Independent Optician in Cheltenham -is without question the best of those experiences- not withstanding that being influenced by the professionalism , quality & competency of all the staff . From making the appointment & having the eye test to the purchase of a new pair of specs - all the staff were very friendly & approachable . I highly recommend.
