A shocking company to deal with, would give zero stars if possible. Happy to take your money, don't deliver the goods and then completely ignore all communication. Avoid, avoid, avoid! With regard to your response, I paid for an item from your January auction which has never been received. Emails sent on 2nd, 7th, 9th and 18th March have gone unanswered...

Top auction! Always great to buy and sell at 👍. Nothing is ever too much trouble and always good to find a bargain. It makes such a difference viewing the catalogue with more than 1 picture per lot which most auction houses seem to think is enough. Pictures are always nice and detailed so get a true description of the lot you’re bidding on. It’s also a pleasure to deal with such down to earth people who actually have the time for you unlike some auction houses. Keep up the great work and look forward to bidding soon!
