Called into Nortons in March for a look at Multi fuel stoves, we were really impressed and had everything explained to us. Nortons gave our details to one of their recommended installers who called a few days later and checked & gave quotes. Everything was seamless from start to finish, the Henley Lincoln multi fuel stove is now in place in our home Highly recommend Nortons and Cozy stoves who completed the work

Went to get some advice and order a replacement for our aging Range cooker, we needed 110cm all gas and wanted to order a Rangemaster in Cranberry. We got some information but staff really didn't seem vaguely interested in selling us a £2k cooker, the deal breaker was they would only offer 1 man delivery (for a >100kg cooker!). Price wasn't an issue and we would have preferred to use a local company. Ended up spending our money elsewhere, got 2 man delivery and disposal of our old cooker, neither of which Nortons seemed to want to help with. Cooker looks lovely, cant fault Rangemaster products

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - UNRELIABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF Absolutely shocked and utterly appalled by this company. I made an appointment, waited 5 days, then Joe the engineer did not turn up or have the decency to call me to say he wasn't coming. I had to ring Norton's and the next available appointment is in 8 days time. Steve the person on the end of the phone was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me.

We wanted to support our local business's so called at Nortons to look at Range Cookers we decided to purchase one from them as they said they would match the internet price plus we were told they would deliver free when we received the invoice through the post my wife noticed it was a 1 person delivery and for a 2 person it would cost £60 also if the drive was gravel it would be left on the pavement as i had just had surgery I told them i would have cancel our order they said as an gesture of goodwill they would do a 2 person delivery free When the cooker was unpacked for fitting the gas engineer noticed that the enamel was chipped so I informed Norton's they said they would inform the manufacturer and get a new top fitted a few days later Norton's phoned to say they could touch up the chip with enamel paint this was refused What company would think this was acceptable for a Brand New £2250 Range Cooker Update 15/12/2021 Nortons have taken £2250 of our money and we are still left with a damaged Range Cooker with no sign of a repair any time soon once they’ve taken your money they simply don’t care

I rang the shop to arrange a log burner installation survey, first impressions were very good, the chap I spoke to seemed very competent and business-like. An appointment was made for the following Monday between 3 and 4 PM and this is where is all started to go wrong. We'd got a busy afternoon and evening with guests coming for dinner, by 5.15 still nobody had arrived. At 5.20 the installer rang me to say could he come at 5.50, nearly three hours later than the appointed time. I asked why on earth he'd not rung me to say he was going to be late, it is common courtesy after all. I received the unsatisfactory response "well I'm ringing you now." The later time wasn't convenient as I was already late picking up our guests, so we rearranged for Thursday AM, 'first thing' which I was told would be 9.30 after he'd done the school run. Thursday 9.30 came and went, again a really busy morning for myself, at 9.50 still no-one had arrived so I rang the shop to complain and cancel the appointment. The shop must have then rung the installer, because despite my saying the appointment was now cancelled and to tell the installer not to bother coming, he started to harrass me with phone calls. I hung up the first time, he obviously didn't get the message so I told him where to get off the second time. It's only common courtesy to ring customers and let them know you're going to be late, Nortons failed to do this twice, and left me waiting around for hours. The worst bit of all this? The installer literally lives two streets away from me, yet despite that couldn't even make a late afternoon or early morning appointment on time. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine trying to get any joy out of them if you have a problem with your stove once you've bought it.
