Purchased Juke with warranty, they replaced front offside bearing, since that was making a intermittent clonking noise. Only driven @ 2K miles, now experiencing an intermittent creaking & clonking noise from driver's side. Had to drive 15 miles to the appointment. They took the car 4 a test drive & said they couldn't find a fault at present & to pop in again, if passing in future? Concerned about safety aspect: keeping an eye on it, c if it gets worse? Looking at the forums it does appear to be an issue with Jukes, either bearing, rubber coming away or ball joint? Spending extra on car, looking at performing sevice myself to save money.

Purchased a van from Norton Way Nissan and have had no end of problems from the start. The vehicle has been in the workshop since 8th March on this occasion. No contact from Nissan to update on the situation, after many calls and emails our end. Have also contacted Nissan head office customer service and received the same, substandard service. Have been sold a vehicle that is not fit for purpose. Trying to run a small business which our van is a huge part of, we feel extremely disappointed and let down by Nissan. Not good enough.

Travelled 50 miles from Wisbech to view an infinity Q70 which was confirmed in stock, arrived Sunday morning to be told they still have but it is in the "compound" and I would need to return during the week. No where on auto trader it states veichles are not on site and you should make an appointment to view!! 200 mile round trip for nothing one to avoid!

I looked at loads of other dealerships but Nissan gave the best customer experience all around. Adam was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He kept me up to date with the delivery of the car plus the car came earlier than expected. Once I collected the car Adam went through all the details even minor ones about the car which helped. He also called me the day after to check in and see if everything was ok he really did go above and beyond! Thank you Adam!
