    Absolutely awful customer service. Took forever to get through to them on the phone and then when I did the person on the other end didn't know what they were doing. Subsequently my reminder for my appointment and the appointment itself were never scheduled, had to call and reschedule. The wait for a courtesy car is ridiculous, they only provide 108's and aren't flexible enough to let you test drive a different vehicle for the day. As for the actual service, it is no wonder people try and find a mechanic they trust, there is no way for what was "checked" that it warrants the £200 price tag. Especially when I was told that a fault I wanted fixing would be done and then wasn't. Oh not to mention the phone call afterwards to arrange the part that was supposed to be fixed to be ordered. Absolute charlatans and con men the lot of them. Will definitely not be going back here.
