It wasn't a quick process but well worth the wait! We love our new garden room and it has exceeded our expectations. All the team who worked on this project were very friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Adrian, Walter and Sarah in the office and Lee, James, Paul, Owen and Andy who worked so hard on the base and the building itself. The building is excellent quality and we can't wait to begin enjoying relaxing in it.

Very attentive service, supplying a well-built shed. Carefully removed the old shed without damage to surrounding plants and then re-laid, at very short notice, the old slab that once exposed proved to be totally beyond use.

I had a summer house erected to use as a studio in my back yard. It's only OK because although the actual building is perfectly satisfactory (except for the fact that some of my requirements were totally ignored), the team which erected it leaves a lot of be desired. The lads seemed to be abolutely untrained and unprofessional, left things very badly finished off to say the least of it, and didn't tidy up properly afterwards. Apparently it was the first time they had been asked to do such finishing, but a modicum of commonsense would have gone a long way. Notwithstanding, the people at Norton Leisure were pleasant and easy to deal with. 16/12/21 This complaint was sent to Norton Leisure six whole years ago. I have just this minute received a response--could this be a record for acknowledging a comment or complaint?
