    Well located hotel with walking distance of the Mumbles with free parking, though you might not find a space if there is a wedding event. The room was clean and modern, though a little warm but you can adjust the thermostat. The breakfast was nice with cereal and fruit (buffet) and hot order (freshly cooked). The dining area was a bit outdated. The arrival was not great, the staff couldn't find our booking and we had to prove we had paid as they didn't believe we had booked - I understand mistakes can happen but earlier that day they sent an email asking for all our details for the booking, so if the booking was lost what also happened to all the personal information we sent them on their request? We were just left to wait in reception with little update until they found our room like they had done us a favour. Unfortunately due to this issue I wouldn't stay again.

    Having stayed here for four nights as my son was getting married. It’s a lovely hotel situated near the town centre of Mumbles . The room which was an executive one situation in the hotel itself was large, really lovely with coffee facilities as well as biscuits. The bathroom was lovely too. The wedding meal was hot and delicious, good staff and service. It was a perfect day, a perfect setting for the wedding, it was amazing from start to finish. It was perfect place to stay, breakfast was delicious with a variety of yogurts, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, toast which you helped yourself to and full cooked breakfast served at your table. We would like to thank the Hotel and all the staff for making my sons and wife’s day so perfect and special.
