    I thought I had a doctor who genuinely cared about my health/mental health and wellbeing though it’s too much trouble to have a 5 minute conversation with a patient who has genuine concerns. Instead you get a text !. Having called to speak with a doctor, A member of the admin team Linda. Who is ignorant rude and obnoxious and so wrong for the position she has within the surgery, cherry picking who can and who can’t speak with a doctor, I’m a patient who has lung disease. And I’m genuinely worried about cancer and lung problems having recently had a lung infection which took 3 courses of antibiotics to shift and X-rays which did not come back clear. Yet you get told you can’t speak with a doctor until February 7th instead you get a txt, it’s too much trouble to call me back on a Friday afternoon so I’m left on my own to worry all weekend. Countless complaints in the past about incompetent Linda to the practice manager over attitude and rudeness and countless errors to repeat prescriptions yet nothing ever improves or changes, looking at previous reviews we can’t all be wrong,
