Stellar pans reduced from nearly £500 to £230 so I purchased these must have been a Friday afternoon off the production line as they ALL stick and pans stain!!! Contacted the company and I was well within my return dates and they wouldn’t accept and didn’t want to know just washed their hands of it. Never use this company and AVOID

Highly recommend. Had an issue with my basket and therefore completing my order. So often with other sites you are left to either put up with and make do or try elsewhere. Dropped a note in the chat box fearing a long morning of back and forth, fast forward about 3-4 minutes and my basket issue was resolved, payment completed and order ready to ship out with the help of Andy. Hard to get really good customer service online sometimes but these guys easily get 5 stars. First purchase and not the last. Great service.

More efficient that a Swiss watch! I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer yesterday and it arrived today! A Seamless service from start to finish.
