Haven't managed to use the voucher I have yet - first their website didn't recognise the voucher company so it took several calls to sort that out, and most recently I've been told to request the same slot again because somehow in their world when there's a bank holiday they ignore all requests sent before it.

I had a very poor experience on my flight,stood around in the wind and rain waiting with no offer of shelter,and when I did get flying had no input from the pilot, we hovered on the runway waiting for clearance and then went off on a short loop around the area the flight was over before it began total time around five minutes very disappointed since this was a gift from family,
