Shouldn't I be able to speak to a paying occupant of this hostel. My partner has been deported the the uk. He knows no one is institutionalised and when he turns off loses or sells his phone and we can't talk to him it worries all of us. Iff we call we get told they are not a baby sitting service not to mention lectures. I actually thought that they would have to allow hi. To talk to us. No matter where the phone is.
