Chain broke on my bike on a trail between Sale Water Park and Ashton U Mersey when a guy on a motorbike met me head to head… Northroad were super helpful when I called them and then dropped in late Friday afternoon and fixed the chain. The most amazing bike shop - highly recommended! In search of a gravel bike, several happy customers recommended NorthRoad Cycles on the gravel bike forums. After talking through what I was looking for on the phone, I decided to commit and ordered a customised bike - specified to my needs and painted in whatever colour scheme I wanted. I've visited the shop a couple of times and am always welcomed with a brew and biscuits. The staff are brilliant - clearly very knowledgeable and willing to help. None of the nonsense that some 'professional' shops seem to exhibit where they need to assert how much more they know that you do. Instead, Northroad are basically a bunch of decent people who love bikes. I've been riding the bike for about 9 months now and it has never failed to impress. The Explorer is a superb carbon frame and I am really pleased with the technical specification and the way it was put together. I've owned many bikes over the years, but this is by far my favourite.

Had a request in regards of a previous bike model from NorthRoad cycles. 1. I've sent an e-mail and haven't received a response for 2 weeks 2. After that I've sent a message to instagram which was ret, and haven't received any response after a week + I am leaving negative feedback as I believe communication with clients is essential especially when it comes to a company's own product and when the request is in regards of possibly using their services for a bike frame exchange.
