Really poor communication from Northridge Finance resulted in me waking up to £3k out my account. No email, text, phone call, nothing. Not really sure why Arnold Clark are partnered with them or if they even still are? If you have a a PCP deal with them make sure you contact them yourself otherwise they just assume you are keeping the car. Can see why they are rated so highly.

I've never had to interact with Northridge before since i paid all my bills on time but I was trading in my vehicle for another and the car still had some outstanding finance. Car dealership asked me to retrieve a settlement letter so they could settle the remaining finance and take ownership of my old vehicle. After speaking to a Northridge rep on the phone and asking for an email containing the settlement documents, they said sure and that the email has been sent but "may take a while" to reach me. The rep even read back my email address to confirm it was correct. That was two days ago and I still havn't received an email. Has the document been printed out and taped to the back of a slug that is slowly slithering it's way to my letterbox? It is pretty inexplicable as to why an email would take so long to be sent and at this point I can only assume that they didn't actually bother sending it.

Extremely difficult to deal with. Slow to respond. Communication poor. Ask for loads of security then are unwilling to understand the security requirements of other companies. Have no phone service out of hours to resolve issues. Unpleasant experience throughout.

Total lack of support, customer service adviser was very rude & unhelpful her advice was take the car back if you can’t afford it, disgusting, All I asked was for payments to be lowered as the price monthly was not what I agreed to. If you are thinking of getting finance of this company, please look elsewhere first.

I'm currently a customer, and have been trying to change my bank details for payments since March, but they have made the process impossible. Every method they give me to change the details doesn't work, they say they've sent letter that I need that they haven't, their website is completely outdate as is their knowledge. For example, a new DD from the new bank account could have easily been set up over the phone or via email (bank loans and internet subscriptions are done this way!) but no, apparently it has to be done via forms that never get sent, or through their online porthole which never works...as a result I have now three missed payments because of their incompetence. But of course they're quick enough to send me debt recovery letters! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The only company that offered me a car finance when on a poor credit score. Picked up a phone straight away several times I called them and always very helpful. The only things they could do better is to confirm an offer in writing before sending the agreement and easing the security questions.
