The man behind the counter was very rude.I went in to pick up a parcel and was parked outside.When I got to the counter he started serving me,then someone else came up behind me and he asked me to wait.When I said I was parked up and may get a ticket,could he serve them after,he told me I wasn't a customer and I'd have to wait He continued doing this until someone else came in for a parcel.

I use this place alot to drip off and collect parcels. Sometimes they are very efficient however many times I've been made to wait while they serve others who came in after me and after they had already begun to serve me. It has been very frustrating.
