Waited 30 minutes after appointment time to see doctor. We were given incorrect information resulting in 2 trips to Gp's surgery. When your ill it's not what you need or financially helpful.

Attended out of hours with my 9 year old. Was met with a young male doctor (don't know his name). He was very kind and made my son feel calm and settled for the checkup. The dr spoke directly to him about the pain and possible causes which was amazing. The time given up for out of hours is hard for all staff, but to make the effort to make my son feel cared for was fab. My son wishes the dr was his regular 😊

My wife just had a colonoscopy at Northgate. The whole time she was kept up to date with what was going on.The staff were fantastic ,and made a stressful procedure bareable. Top marks to Northgate staff n doctors, would reccomend it to anyone
