We have had a pleasure of Scott Enders carrying out the survey on the Georgian grade II listed property we were purchasing. His knowledge of listed buildings was incredible and we met at the property at the end of the survey and had the chance to talk through his findings and gave us more time to look at the house in more detail and through the magnifying glasses. Scott had all the new surveying tools and tech (around 10 different ones, from a drone to a thermal imaging camera) which I found really cool and useful in capturing all the little defects which could sometimes lead to big issues down the line. Likewise his report was very detailed and really explained everything from scratch which is helpful for someone that is not very familiar with old building construction to understand, plus the delivery of the report was very prompt (within 3 working days of the survey) which was impressive given how much information was in it. Overall definitely recommend them and the price was reasonable as well in comparison to others.
