Awful dirty station there was rubbish all over the platform and stairs & no disabled access to platform 1 for trains to Central London. Walking under the subway tunnel to get to platform 1 is dark smelly and dirty & the stairs are steep. No ticket barriers at this station and there was no staff here either.

Horrible experience this morning. A guy behind a desk serving, no selling tickets to people was so moody and downcasted that it will make a bright sunshine dull. First time in seeing him here though. I told him twice, good morning, this dude was just looking at me like I'm not speaking to him. At the end of the sales, gosh, no thank you, nothing. Why would you want to meet anyone like that early in the morning. He's just rob himself of joy but even worst, he's going to rob so many people of their joy in the morning. Someone like this should be working mid afternoon shift because clearly he's not happy getting up in the morning and actually being grateful to have a place to go to. I prayed him joy and a good day after I left. Shocking. He didn't know he's in full charge of his day and can make it whatever he wants.

A basic station located not too far from Ebbsfleet International. Step free access is only avaiable to the platform heading towards Gravesend and Strood. Access to the London bound platform is only via a dark and grim subway and the station's facilities are very limited, seating is limited as well as shelter and the ticket machine doesn't accept cash and coin payments which is a pain.

In the winter- Its cold, windy, wet and miserable. The station needs better heating, lighting, wind breaks etc. No station parking.
