The addition of cutting edge complementary K-laser therapy has resulted in a transformational outcome for me. Carmel is a thoughtful as well as highly experienced and knowledgeable chiropractor. I recommend Northfields Chiropractic unreservedly. The instant pain relief I experienced both today and a few months back when I visited for my severe neck and back pain is so profoundly exquisite that I find myself cursing inwardly that I didn't book an appointment sooner. Life is not supposed to be a gritted teeth experience - you realise that when someone takes the pain away. Over the years I have seen acupuncturists, chiropractors, masseurs and physiotherapists, many of whom have also been excellent, however the McTimoney system is just so immediate and powerful... for neck/back pain I am now a convert and I feel it's the best of the best. Feeling grateful - thanks NC, Carmel and Ron.

I have been looking for a strong massage for several months and only today I managed to find what I was looking for. Giliano has done a very good job today. He squeezed / massaged the points where I felt tension, additionally stretched my muscles and used the pressure I expected. After the massage, the blood started to work better. I have been experiencing major upper pain for quite some time now, but the last few days I was in absolute agony and I had to lay on the floor for some form of relief, as my shoulders were starting to hunch forward and standing in an upright position was excruciating. Just when I couldn't bare the pain for any longer, I went to see Carmel... What can I say- Carmel is so knowledgeable and identified the treatment objective immediately and went to work on it. Not only was she very informative and explained the procedure beforehand (which put me at ease) but she was very welcoming and realistic with out treatment goals. When Carmel finished, I was able to roll my shoulders back and forth and stretch my arms without a pain in sight. I was in utter disbelief! An absolute miracle worker! Working as a beauty therapist, I constantly put quite a lot of strain on my back whilst perfoming various beauty treatments, especialy massage therapy, so I most certainly will be returning to Carmel for a frequent MOT on my back. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend this service enough. After suffering with back issues for months, Carmel was able to locate issue within minutes. After a short treatment my back felt much better, to the point that I had the best night's sleep in months! If you are having similar issues, give them a try.

I went to see Carmel after struggling for years with severe shoulder and neck pain and headaches in the base of my skull. I had previously been treated by doctors with pain killers and with physio, neither of which helped. The pain was so bad it would reduce me to tears on a regular basis; indeed, the first time I saw Carmel I was crying with pain. After just one session my headaches went and after three sessions, my neck movement was hugely increased. I still have some work to do on the shoulder but I feel better than I have in years. I cannot recommend Carmel highly enough. She really has made my life better and her prices are incredibly reasonable. Truly, truly wonderful, give it a go!

I didn't actually receive treatment, however I got in touch to ask about pregnancy massage for my wife and whilst they didn't provide the service she was looking for, Carmel responded with a really helpful email about things she could do to help, plus some tips post-birth about how to avoid back pain. Above and beyond!
