Unprofessional, not to mention when a instructor is off or ill for so many weeks and your child has progressed so much within that time, the cover instructor does not score your child they seem to remain at the score the original instructor had placed them on how is that even acceptable??????????? it's NOT!!!!!!!! it's not the child or parents fault that the instructor is off for so many weeks, we are paying for our children's lessons and if they have progressed which is evident in how they are performing they should be moved up. I have raised this with the manager hopefully there will be changes next session.
