ill keep it simple. £16080 new clutch kit + labour. failed 4 weeks later and caused my car to jerk fwd and brush the curb damaging my cars bumper, id initially asked for my old clutch bk. obv that didn't happen. it took them 8days to get me on a ramp altho i think i should have been prioritised due to the amount and unnecessary damage. my number is +447756664382 to prove the honesty of the review. to say im disappointed is an understatement. the damage is costly and if the clutch had not failed my car would not have jerked fwd. im speaking with a retail / consumer solicitor on saturday to see what can be done. Disgusting poor service from a organisation that’s meant to help people! I applied for help to this branch and after numerous email communications going over 2 months I was told I needed to apply to Edgbaston branch even though I live in Northfield and they knew full well that Edgbaston wasn’t taking any more applications on for help !!!! Quite pathetic how they treat people that need help
