I received an excellent service from this company. We are hoping to install an air source heat pump and needed a survey of our current insulation to establish if we needed any upgrades. Andrew arrived promptly, did the survey which revealed that our EPC certificate was wrong and we have good cavity wall insulation already installed. Andrew provided good information and general advice, then provided confirmation in writing with photos. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I need some work to be done.

JNR were contracted by our house builder to address issues with the finish to the exterior of our house, when the scaffolding came down there are clear areas that were missed. Refused to address and no longer return calls or respond to e-mails. Gave some excuse about changes in texture but this is just not the case. Avoid avoid avoid Service: Exterior painting

Had a survey done by the company at the start of the year for cavity wall insulation. They said that cavity wall was a good idea for the property but they would not offer a quote until we had spoken to our neighbours about access through their garage. Having spoken to our neighbours and cleared their garage to provide access, I contacted JNR who responded with a 1 line email that the green homes grant has stopped. I enquired how much it would cost without the grant and got no response. When I finally got an answer, they told me another surveyor would need to be sent out, despite it only being 3 months since the last one. I agreed to this and asked when they could come out again to have a look at my property. No response again. The company cam a across rude and obstructive in all their email exchanges and I will be looking elsewhere.
