The most absolutely pathetic people I have come across. I have booked for a engineer to come out 3 times. And persifically asked them to come after 2pm or call me after 12pm as because I work nights a 10hour shift and be home for 7 in the morning. Rhry have been coming early morning and ringing me early morning. They do not know how to meet customers needs. Very rude. And absolutely poor and pathetic with customer service and satisfaction mate.

Atrocious customer service: put down the phone on me twice, Giving delivery time to suit them not the customer, arguing that they give 1 hr time slot on the day and that is a big thing! The driver won't phone you because their phone will stop working minuite they are at your door. My microwave is still with them via Domestic&General going on 3 weeks. I must admit the pick up was smooth.
