Unfortunately I've had a bad experience with these guys! Northern Telecom took over from the original provider and I gave them a chance to improve on the service I had been provided previously... brilliant to start with, bills gradually started going up (that's fine) but when coming to the end of contract the account manager knew I was planning to move away but failed to implement the change over and denies all knowledge of me saying several times over the course of a few months that I wasn't going to renew the contract. During the change over I was billed multiple times for the following months at an out of contract rate. We still have a mobile phone contract running but after being billed more than expected I have cancelled the direct debit as I cant trust NT to take the agreed amount each month and rightly so as I've just received this months bill and low and behold the bill has increased and additional charges added.

Shocking service, broadband constantly cutting out, land line unusable, handsets are awful, only advice I’m given is turn it off and again. Oh yeah and I’m locked into a 4 year contract!
