Northern Skills group made false promises to me. They contacted me last year wanting to put students on a placement. I did not have a public liability at the time. Once I obtained a public liability, I contacted them in March informing them I am interested in placing students. One colleague did health and safety checks. I was refereed to another person. I emailed the details of the placement. Then later told placement is not suitable. We provide good placements. I was disappointed with them. Waste three months of my time. Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour. I will never contact them again. They have let me down. .

Northern Skills Group is the worst company I have ever worked for, they have no management skill the leave you to your own devices, send petty emails round the office for you to be dragged into meeting, no body is happy with a terrible atmosphere and everyone is winging it, I am extremely disappointed at the way I was just let go after only doing my job as I was told, no proper training, just all winging it hope they get a OFSTED inspection, total shambles! Wouldn’t work here if it’s the last job on earth!
