Keep It Sharp
I am super impressed with how things have gone so far with my first investment HMO. After detailing my specifications with Jake initially, he wasted no time in sourcing a handful of properties and discussing with me the various options of each. Bryony then takes care of all the background work, dealing with multiple people in order to get it over the finish line to completion - whilst keeping me updated regularly ! And ofcourse Hannah is always available to answer any other questions I may have. I am just about to complete on my second property, and it has been a total pleasure going through the process once again with everyone. They are all super cool, professional people and the future is looking good =)

Worst company ever. I don't even want to give 1 star. Straight scammers, liars and just bad people that don't care about anything but money especially not you or your tenants. They use their NPP Developments for the refurb of the project providing a horrible standard. They don't do what the refurb contract state. They charge for a full rewire and main board then they don't provide a full rewire and they charge you again for the main board. They charge for a M&E report then doesn't do it and sends a schedule of work from an electrican saying it's the report. They didn't pay the guy that was gonna connect the boiler so he didn't finish the job. They then provided a gas certificate but when we called the guy that done that certificate, he lives in middlesborough and don't know what we are talking about and nobody can understand how the boiler passed since it wasn't fitted properly and our tenant and her kids was lucky nothing happened until we noticed. We can keep going but easier to just say, stay away from these guys!
