Absolutely disgusted with appalling service. Planned works during lockdown for 4 hours during the day when people are working from home and children are at home doing school work is bad enough. Time had to be taken off work. Unable to cook, no heating in winter on a cold day. The information said the work would be completed by 2pm. By 2.15pm still no power. Rang and been told had been a 15 minute delay and would be finished soon. An hour later still no power. More phone calls. Told running over but should be done soon. Eventually got power at 7.15pm having been sat cold, in the dark, unable to work, unable to cook. Absolutely disgraceful situation. Bad enough for us but for anyone elderly, or with a baby needing warm milk, this would have been seriously dangerous. With it lockdown couldn't even go to friends house or go out to a restaurant, even though we shouldn't have had to. And now left having to work 4 hours on Weekend off to make up for lost work time. Terrible planning to do this at this time of year given the covid situation. And 4 hour works taking 9 1/4 hours is a farce. If could give 0 score I would!!!
