  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a box of 25 Grade A items, 21 out of the 25 items were heavily stained or damaged. Contacted North Vintage and received next to no customer service. Was asked to supply photo evidence, which I did promptly and essentially got fobbed off a few days later. No refund or care at all. Now I’m stuck with a mountain of waste with the only place suitable being the bin and out of pocket! Now having to go through my bank to get my money back. Utterly terrible items and service. If you read the other reviews and think it’s a bit hit and Miss and maybe worth the risk DON’T. I can 100% tell you it is not worth it and you will receive unsaleable items. Baring in mind the owner owns two other fashion companies including Vintage Kilo so you know you’re not going to get anything good. Absolutely disgusting items and behaviour- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They have told me that they sent 20 garments and they sent 16, I have kept 5 that are not worth more than €4 each, a 100% waste of money. They never answered my messages by email and Instagram has disappeared. (Original) He comprado un lote grado A , y he tirado más de la mitad de las prendas , No sólo me han enviado basura ,sino que la ropa con caca de paloma!! Me han dicho que enviaban 20 prendas y enviaron 16, me he quedado con 5 que no valen más de 4€ cada una , una perdida de dinero 100%. Jamás contestaron mis mensajes por mails y el Instagram ha desaparecido.

  False advertisement & extremely poor quality. Ordered 15 jackets described as grade A, received items that can only be thrown away. The items had a very strong odour that didn’t go away with washing, major tears, large stain marks and discoloration that can’t be bleached or fixed. Paid £60 for the items plus £100 for shipping only to receive trash. Contacted the seller for a refund, received £50 back and now I’m stuck with things that won’t sell or can’t even be donated, already threw a few away, still trying to make the rest of my money back. DON’T RECOMMEND!! I’ve also added pictures for proof.

  I've ordered 3 times from North Vintage; #7809 #7912 #7902 (has not arrived, will update review on those once I've checked them) #7809: - 15x Branded Track Tops, a vast amount of these were either stained or had damaged zips.. 3 had rips/holes which 1 of them was repaired, the other 2 thrown in the bin. Out of the 15, 6 are in a condition to sell, the others are either in the bin or been donated. - 15x Branded TH/RL/Nautica Shirts, there was NO RL and 4 TH. The rest were made up of Nautica. Out of the 4 TH shirts, 3 had some form of stain which 1 of them we couldn't get out. The Nautica shirts were donated to the Turkey Crisis, so some use will come out of them. - 12x Branded Jackets, once again items were stained, had some form of damage. But we're the worst condition items, so was able to keep approx 75% of these. - 15x Unbranded Graphic/Embroidered Sweatshirts, out of the 15, 5 were kept and have sold some. The rest again were donated due to being unsellable because of condition or plain jumpers. These items are listed as 'Grade A', they weren't. It's false advertisement. #7912: - 15 Football Soccer Sports Jerseys, once again these are listed as 'Grade A' and out of the 15 I would say 5 maximum are Grade A, the rest either have stains, threading issues or fading throughout. Out of the 15, only 3 of them are of a team people would actually recognise the rest are either local football teams or training tops. #7902: - 30 Pro Sport Jerseys, complete mis-sell. None of them are 'Pro' Jerseys at all, they're all either fake, stained, not pro jerseys. This company is a f*cking scam. PLEASE AVOID, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. We've given North Vintage 3 chances to provide products that are in-line with what is described on their website and so far 2/3 have failed miserably. The ONLY positive thing about North Vintage is at how low the costing is, so in the event this happens you can try to scrape back the amount invested. I cannot recommend this wholesaler.

  The clothes I received were genuinely awful, ordered 20 branded knits order #8065 and it’s so clear everything is fake and/or heavily damaged eg not grade A condition as promised. Will never be going back again and already contacted them about a refund.

  I have only ordered a few times from North Pole but every order placed has been fantastic. My latest order was placed on Tuesday the 13th and it arrived quickly today (17th). They were kind enough to accommodate my own requests too, will definitely be returning again for those cheap prices 😀

  Ordered 30 dresses, the vintage ones were mostly lovely. Also got 7 ugly modern dresses, (it did say mixed era) 5 modern jumpsuits including a child’s and 4 plus size blouses. So will probably make a small profit on the 12 dresses and a couple of the blouses. The modern dresses and jumpsuits will go to charity probably would give them another go
