    Had to replace a pair of generic mixer tap valves (no code on the brassware) I found the gentleman very helpful in measuring my old part and finding a suitable replacement, from a box of valves. Made it clear if the ones he had selected did not fit/work I could replace and try another. Sorted and felt it was a good price with good customer service. Rang to thank as I'm not a plumber.

    DIY plumbers are best to avoid this place. Staff unwilling to give any sort of advice. Happy to sell stuff of course but not prepared to help. Go to Plumb Center instead where staff are friendly and more than ready to advise.
