Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jennifer and Nigel for their help and advice with regard to the installation of a much needed stair lift at my parents house yesterday . No hard sell just really helpful advice . I rang Jennifer on Wednesday last week and Nigel came round to my parents the next day to have a look and explain to my mum how it all worked . The stairlift was then installed yesterday ! Fantastic service and a big relief for my mum and dad Thank you Jennifer and Nigel .

As a Charity for Health and Social Care, we only use Northern Mobility as our contractor, due to their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. We have used them for many years. Jennifer is a pleasure to deal with and quotes are very prompt once the site visit has taken place. This is our second stairlift we have had fitted, and our maintenance contract is always carried out by Nigel with efficiency and a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble to ensure the tenants get around onsite safely whilst work is being carried out. I would strongly recommend Northern Mobility whether that be for a small or larger job. Thank you Nigel and Jennifer for your commitment to our charity.
