I bought a second hand kiln as a test kiln (I am fortunate to have 3 x 0.75MW gas fired kilns) and on element replacement they were a) cost effective b) knowledgeable c) when I USED OLD CONNECTORS that vaporized the elements they kindly sent parts, cables and gave advice to sort the problem at no cost.... Genuinely outstanding.
